Serenity Pas Therapy provides physical, occupational, and massage therapy through both our outpatient clinic and mobile outpatient services. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. No-shows may be subject to the same fee or result in dismissal from services after repeated occurrences.

4. Payment and Insurance

We accept a variety of insurance plans as well as private pay. Patients are responsible for co-pays, deductibles, and any uncovered services. Military personnel, police officers, and veterans may be eligible for 25%–50% discounts on co-pays (ask us for details).

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users' experience.
